i didn't get to try this company as i needed to get a hot water system and also found them after an email a day later. what impressed me the most about this company is that you can book online and they have times and you can see the prices which is very rare to find! next time I will consider this company for my next hot water system or even too recommend them

Easy online booking, booked in for the next day to replace our hot water system turned up on time messaged and rang before to let me know he was on the way! Removed old hot water system installed new hot water system moved and replaced tap to make it easier for us and neat and tidy work and left no mess was removed and installed in about an hour! Lee’s expertise and experience was very obvious from the first interaction. we had another company come before HotH2O and they said we needed to replace the whole system and they couldn’t repair it. The owners of Our house just had Lee from Hot H2O replace our hot water system with a new heat pump unit, fantastic, would highly recommend using Lee to do any work, turned up on time for the quote and again on time for installation, very professional, nothing was any trouble, cleaned up like he was never here, worked his fingers to the bone to get the job done and it was awkward because the old hws was a gravity fed unit in the roof cavity with the world's smallest and worst placed manhole, he never complained and busily worked away to finish the job, he earned and deserved every dollar that day. Honestly wouldn't use another Plumber after seeing his work ethic.

Wow - What a great service from our initial phone call, to final install from Lee and Kimberley at HotH2o. Our solar hot water (15 yrs old) system crapped itself during a winter frost - and I contacted Lee from HotH2o (due to other reviews). He came and gave us some options for a new hot water heat pump - and answered all our Q's. Great price - and a terrific install (with fab help from wife Kimberley) a short while afterwards to fit in with us. Also removed our old system tank and solar panels.Can't recommend HotH20 enough. I am so pleased to have found Lee!. I booked him on the basis of his other good reviews and he's the real deal. I had no idea why my close couple solar hot water stopped working properly and I feared the worst. Lee came today and got straight up on my roof and within 10 minutes found my faulty thermostat. He replaced it with the correct one straight away. He also forwarded photos of my panels as my tree is shading the solar panels so I can get some branches trimmed. He was really helpful in explaining how the off peak booster worked and showed my the switch on the board to switch it off if I didn't need to use it which saves me money. If you want someone honest, reliable, very fairly priced and very experienced with solar hot water don't hesitate to call Lee at HotH2O :)

Installed Hydrotherm heat pump from them. I used to have old electric HWS which costs a lot to run. Happy with Hydrotherm as I can see this consumes significant less energy. They are well across government rebate (ESS&STC) so they provide the best price & quality work. Highly recommended.

Our 19yo gas hot water system gave up on a Friday afternoon. We range Hot H20 and Lee came out first thing the next morning. Since we had just switched on solar Lee ran through options (gas vs heat pump), gave me time to review the systems and had a new Aquatech Heat pump installed by 10am. Price was competitive with everything I had seen online so I was really pleased so I was really pleased I wasn't getting stung for and urgent call out. Would highly recommend

Asked for a quote on instant gas water heater, as current water heater didn't seem to be working. Lee came out, found the solar heating switch had been turned off!All I had to pay was a service fee. I recently purchased a Sanden heat pump system from Lee at HOTH2O. I can't recommend them enough. They were responsive and their communication was excellent to the extent that they let me know when they were coming down to about 10 minutes and the installation is top-notch with neat plumbing and wiring and everything fixed properly and run in straight lines and right-angles - it's actually pleasing to look at. Pretty impressive for something which is tucked away out of sight. Absolute professionals.
